Black Hills Bytes was started to fill a need we saw in the IT services within the area.

Our founder, Devin Harr, has worked with multiple Managed Service Providers (MSP's) and often heard complaints about places larger MSP's would fall short whether it be response times, knowledge of the technicians, or not learning the client's environment. This can lead to frustrations on both sides, and ultimately become the cause for someone to search for better alternatives.

Devin reached out to contacts in the field and set out to create an IT experience that is inviting to clients and allows them to leave interactions feeling confident and excited of the possibilities they can achieve through technology.
